The favorite to win the continental title is from Auckland, but it's not Auckland City, it's Auckland FC, and coming off two consecutive wins they were the big favorites against Roy Krishna's team.

There was great anticipation to see if Luke Casserly's team would achieve their third consecutive victory, and just 12 minutes in, Norwegian Daniel Norman opened the scoring for the New Zealanders, and that's how the first half ended.

In the second half, Fiji was expected to be more offensive with a slightly higher defensive block, and even with some isolated chances, Auckland FC controlled the game and managed to maintain their 100% winning record.

The favorite for the continental title is heading towards the playoffs and may even start rotating its roster, giving more minutes to Academy players, while superstar Roy Krishna remains 2 points away from the playoff zone.
