Peter Posa's team returned from the World Championships mid-year with some ups and downs and is putting its place in the Grand Final in jeopardy.

Playing away from home and looking to get back into the fight for a spot in the Grand Final, Garriga's team started the first half very poorly, conceding 2 goals through Cole and Stroud.

The second half saw Peter Posa's team looking different, scoring early in the 52nd minute through David Yoo, and as the game drew to a close, they searched for an equalizer.

Now free from continental and world competition worries, the Auckland team seems to be finding the strength to fight for a spot in the Grand Final, while Christchurch should be battling for third or fourth place.
